I help to ensure the proper execution of the event such as the following:
- Supervision of event breakdown, helping get any rented/ personal items removed from site.
- Attending to the needs of the host, attendees and VIP's.
- Attending to the needs of the vendors, so they can perform at their highest level.
- Double checking the host appearance before taking the stage.
- Assist with ensuring that the timeline is adhered to.
- Meeting the vendors to ensure they drop off their products and they are set up and ready to perform .
- Delivery of final payments and earned gratuity to said vendors.
- Assist with getting the decorations set up and cleaned up at the end of event.
- Handling the big and small details, so the hosts do not have to.
- Rehearsal coordination available.
- Logistics coordinator: organize, plan, tie up loose ends, connect dots, I'll do the grunt work.
